If, despite all the care we put into the quality of our products and shipping, you are not fully satisfied, here are the terms and conditions for returns:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at office@lyragift.com.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the person who gave you the gift had the order shipped to themselves to deliver later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
